Note: Total dose of 50 ml per rump, back and spine
Paravertebral — Careful localization of the zone of tenderness permits a determination of the corresponding trunk levels to be administered.
Perineural — In some instances, as in sciatica, the affected nerve can be administered at a site distant from its origin.
Local Infiltration — Multiple administrations throughout an area of tenderness provide for diffusion into all the affected parts.

Active Ingredient:
Ammonium chloride ………………………………………………………………………………… 50 mg/ml
How It Works:
Ammonium chloride is neurolytic which supports the management of muscular or neuropathic pain that may be aided by local infiltration or nerve block. It is commonly used to aid for mild causes of certain types of pain, including TMJ, trigger points, sciatic pain, intercostal neuralgia, lumbar and trigeminal neuralgia, and lumbar pain. It works by stopping pain signals in the nerves of the spine where they exit the spinal column. It does not affect any other nerve functions or motor functions and is not affected by heat or cold.
